This website is provided as a static website through GitHub Pages, a service provided by GitHub. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection and usage data is processed. This particularly includes the IP address, date and time of access, the requested page or file, and technical information about the browser and device used. If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, particularly your email address, the content of your message and any other contact details you provide, in order to handle your enquiry.

If your message concerns steps prior to entering into a contract or the performance of a contract, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business enquiries are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the proper handling and response to your enquiry.

We use services provided by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, to provide our email service. STRATO processes the necessary data as part of the contractually agreed services. Further information: https://www.strato.de/datenschutz/.

Enquiries are deleted once they have been fully handled, unless statutory retention duties, contractual requirements or legitimate grounds — particularly the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims — require continued storage.

4. Cookies, local storage and analytics

According to the reviewed technical configuration, this website does not set its own cookies and does not access your browser's Local Storage or Session Storage. It uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels or comparable tracking technologies. No consent banner is therefore used.

If non-essential cookies, storage access, analytics, advertising or embedded services are introduced in the future, this notice will be updated before they are activated and consent will be obtained where required.

5. Forms, newsletters, accounts and embedded content

According to the reviewed technical configuration, the website contains no contact form, newsletter subscription, user accounts or checkout. It embeds no Instagram feeds, YouTube players, maps, external fonts or other third-party content.

The website may contain ordinary outbound links to external websites, particularly verified Amazon offers or Instagram and YouTube profiles. Content from these providers is not embedded in the website. Your browser connects to the relevant destination provider only after you click an external link. The destination provider is responsible for the subsequent processing under its own privacy information.

7. Encrypted transmission

The website is provided through HTTPS. This encrypts data while it is transmitted between your browser and the website. Absolute protection against every risk cannot be guaranteed.

8. Retention

Unless a more specific period is stated in this notice, we process personal data only for as long as required for its purpose or while statutory retention duties or legitimate grounds for continued storage apply. Data processed by GitHub under its own responsibility is subject to GitHub's published retention principles.
